At ESAMA we have conceived business development schools to train true professionals in the sales, customer service and business team management areas.
These schools, providing specialization, cover the different functions in an organization. The curricula of each of them include several courses intended to provide the competences necessary to become a specialist in each business function. The schools are:
- Management and business coaching as primary area of expertise, intended for middle management with business functions
- Effective business management as primary area of expertise, intended for sales reps and account executives
- Customer service as primary area of expertise, intended for customer service personnel
On the other hand, ESAMA designs the curricula for each school according to the specific needs of each company.
