Methodology

At ESAMA we know that over 80% of the change processes in business fail. We have therefore developed our own Quantum® Methodology as a platform to provide integral solutions for business activation on the basis of projects which are truly successful and have managed to boost results.

The main objective of our Quantum® Methodology is to trigger a punctual, sustained change in the behavior of all organizational levels by means of an ongoing improvement process, allowing to boost results.

At ESAMA we have approached the business process scientifically, as a succession of events connected by cause-and-effect factors. By grasping issues in depth, with a correct diagnosis as our starting point, we will no longer be part of a chaotic, hazardous process, but rather of a process with an underlying rationale. We have approached sales and customer service performance as a scientific process.

 

Our Quantum® Methodology is made up of 4 phases designed to transform individuals and the work environment. We know that wrong beliefs trigger wrong behaviors and wrong results. We have, therefore, begun by changing our approach: highly performing persons in the organization will be our parameter to reduce the gap between the average person and those with outstanding results.

These phases are:

1. Diagnosis
2. Tailored solution design
3. Training
4. In-the-field follow-up and consolidation to change behavior

In turn, the objectives of this methodology consist in:

  • Boosting the average sales productivity by attracting more clients.
  • Improving the quality of customer service by creating unforgettable service experiences to retain and build profitability in current clients.
